Request account deletion
You can request deletion without installing or opening the app. Send an email to shane@hvai.tech with the subject HvAI account deletion request.
- Send the request from the email address used for your HvAI account. Say that you want your account and associated data deleted, or identify particular records you want removed.
- Include your company name if you used company features, so we can distinguish your personal account from company-owned service records. Do not send your password, sign-in code or access token.
- We must verify that you own the account before removing it. If you cannot use that email address, explain this in your request so an ownership-verification path can be arranged.

The link opens your email application. You still need to send the message. Opening this page or the email draft is not a submitted request, a receipt or a completed deletion.
What the request covers
Request review covers your HvAI sign-in account, profile and membership information, and associated cloud work records and media. We check ownership and shared-company dependencies before deleting records, to avoid deleting another technician's or customer's data. We will explain any retained records and the reason before treating the request as completed.
Current limits and follow-up
The in-app account-deletion action requires a verified signed-in session. A success response confirms the sign-in account deletion; it does not establish that every associated media object, company record or retained training image has been removed. Use this email route for associated-data review or if the in-app action cannot complete.
Consented training plate images are stored without an account identifier and have no scheduled automatic expiration. If you want particular training images removed, identify them in your request and include the original images when available so they can be located. Deleted scan-storage objects have a seven-day recovery window. Provider logs and recovery copies may remain under their applicable retention controls; we do not claim that all copies vanish immediately.
Cloud deletion does not erase previously exported copies or files on your devices. Remove those local copies separately. There is no fixed automatic completion time advertised here: ownership and associated-data checks must be completed, and you should receive confirmation rather than assume deletion succeeded.
